SERVICE CONTRACT 

(Fall 2024 – Spring 2025)

The purpose of our Service Contract is to offer our residential customers the advantage of having their annual services automatically scheduled and performed.

Contract Benefits:
• Pay a reduced amount for the Winterization and Spring Start up services
• Have priority scheduling for the Winterization and Spring Start up services
• Will pay a reduced hourly rate compared to non-contracted customers

Contract Price: if you sign up (and payment is received in full) before:
• by July 30, 2024 – $250
• August 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 – $275
• after October 1 2024 – $300
**Non-contracted customers pay $175 for each service (total of $350) and do not have priority scheduling.

Winterization: We will begin contact the third week of October letting you know the date you have been scheduled to have your Winterization Service performed. Please note, that this visit is not for repairs, but only for the inspection and blow out.

Spring Start Up: We will begin contact the first week of March letting you know the date you have been scheduled to have the Spring Start Up performed. The purpose of this service is to start up your system, this is not a service call. Please note that at service has a tight 1 hour maximum to allow us to service several customers in one day. We will inspect your irrigation system, perform minor fine-tuning and to make note of any problems that may be present and need repair on a future service call.

Communication and Scheduling: We can contact according to your reported preferred form of communication (via phone, text message or email) with a reminder notification of the appointment. We request that you leave access to the water source and controller on the date of your appointment for both services. All scheduling will be managed by the office and handled in the FIFO (first in and first out) method.

Note: If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and no one is home or access has not been left AND we are unable to perform the service due to those reasons, you will be billed a $25 trip charge.

Terms of Service:
• Invoices are Due at the time of services.
• Parts and labor pricing are additional and not included in the contract pricing.
• Our current labor rate is $150 per hour for contracted customers and $175 per hour for non-contracted customers. We bill a minimum one-hour charge for service calls regardless of time spent on property.
• Should you have a problem with a repair we have made to your irrigation system we must be notified within 7 days of the repair. When we leave a site, the repair is deemed to be satisfactory. If a problem should arise afterwards, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to monitor their system and report any problems to the office within the 7-day period.
• Interest on unpaid balances will accrue at a rate of 18% per annum after 30 days.
• We accept most forms of payment.
